How do I freeze vegetables to be used raw?

I have looked around for help with this question, but most sites mention freezing for in use with cooking so talk about preparing it by starting to cook it before freezing. I would like to buy a bulk load of fresh vegetables and store it RAW in my freezer for my pets so they can have a balanced daily diet of vegetables. Also are there any good sites listing vegetables that can be frozen raw and defrosted? How do I freeze vegetables to be used raw?
Frozen vegetables change in texture during the freezing process. That's why it is recommended that they be used in cooking (which also changes the texture) rather than fresh.

If your pets don't mind the soggy veg, then you will be fine just freezing and defrosting. You will have to drain them well or the veg will make the rest of their food soggy. As the cold freezes the water in the item, the water expands, rupturing the cells. Kind of how a bottle of water expands when frozen. This cell damage is not repairable and is also why defrosted fruits or veg are often limp and or kinda rubbery. They've lost a good deal of their cellular structure.
