How can I remove cooking spray from a wall without discolouring the paint?

An intoxicated friend decided it would be funny to graffiti tag our walls with cooking oil spray about a month before we moved out of our apartment and now we can't get it out and are risking a $600 fine for it. Unfortunately, we don't have the option to repaint the walls. So far we have tried Mr. Clean, undiluted Mr. Clean, Goo Gone, and Degreaser and nothing has even made a dent in his graffiti work. Does anyone know what might get it off without discolouring the paint?How can I remove cooking spray from a wall without discolouring the paint?
try putting real lemon juice (the one in the green bottle) in a spray bottle the acid from lemon will cut through the grease/oil from the cooking spray but it is not harsh enough to take paint off. Sadly, it soaks deep down into the paint and wall. Just take a quarter size piece to Lowes and ask them to match it and let you know what type it is (semi,flat, gloss,satin). You will have to prime the area first though with some Zinnser primer so it doesn't just soak back through the new paint. I did this in my last apartment for some greasy kids handprints and food stains. I got my deposit back.
Try undiluted white vinegar
The paint is already discolored. That's a pretty hefty fine, but it will take quite an effort to strip the oil and repaint, so it's probably appropriate. Live %26amp; learn.
try WD40 on a spot it may just do the trick
For cleaning walls and other painted surfaces, mix up 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1 cup ammonia, and 1/4 cup baking soda in 1 gallon (3.7 liters) water and pour some into a spray bottle. Spritz it on spots and stains whenever needed and wipe off with a clean towel.

try the brand greased lightning as i had the same problem and this worked so good and didnt discolor any of the walls or anything else..
Okay, here goes!! The only thing I have EVER been able to get to clean off grease and junk off my walls is the Magic Eraser. It is a white rectangular sponge and let me tell you, this is a heaven sent tool for cleaning!!! You will need to just buy one to start with and see if it works first. And this will not discolor your paint on the walls. You just wet it down lightly with warm water and start wiping the walls down. You'll be amazed! Good Luck!
